## How matching works

When a brand onboards, Lokazen captures size range, monthly rent budget, target zones, and business category. Every approved property is then scored against the brand on:

- **Venue type fit** — is the property layout suitable for the brand's format (high-street retail vs office vs warehouse)?
- **Budget fit** — does the rent fit within the brand's stated range, with a 10–15% buffer for negotiation?
- **Size fit** — does the carpet area fit, allowing modest under/over-size flexibility?
- **Footfall quality** — is the location in a high-foot-traffic corridor versus a quiet side-street?

Properties scoring below threshold are dropped at the SQL level so brands only see usable matches.
